Apprentices Act, 1961

We do documentary work and notifications issued for fixation of apprentices in various trades from the Director of Employment and Training. We advice managements on procedures, compliance and benefits of appointing trade apprentices/technician/graduate engineering apprentices.


The Building & Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment & Conditions of Service) Act, 1996

We advice managements relating to safety precautions to be taken, enrolling the workers under the Act for extension of benefits, registration of the Principal Employer and the Contractor under the Act, payment of cess to the government, maintenance of records and submission of periodical returns.


Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1971

If you are a Principal Employer the services we offer are as follows:

  • Registration of Principal Employer under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1971
  • Amendment of Registration Certificate
  • Maintenance of records and submission of periodical returns
  • Liaison with Government authorities in complying with the above Act
